The Kidnapped and the
While I was walking on the road with my friend after school, I saw a child being kidnapped by people in a van. I immediately took a notebook and a pen and took down the van’ s number in my notebook. My friend and I went to the police station and told the inspector“ While we were returning home we saw some people kidnapping a child and took her in a van. We heard the sound of a child shouting“ Please... Help me! Please” then I took notebook and gave the van’ s number: TN- 01-FT 5510. This is the van’ s number sir” I said to the officer.“ You are a brilliant girl. I am so proud of you my child.” said, the Inspector.
“ If I want some help, I will call you. Give your number and go.” He took down our number and thanked us again and we turned back to leave. The Inspector suddenly called us“ Come here! Come here!” we had a moment of shock because the kidnappers were there on the computer screen. The Inspector said the kidnappers are in Saidapet.“ Now that we know the place where these kidnappers are, we will catch them. We will think of our next steps that will give solution for us. Don’ t get tensed we will catch them” said the Inspector. The Inspector and the officers go to that place and stealthily catch the kidnappers and we rescue the person they kidnapped, a small girl. The Inspector asked the little girl“ What happened? Do you know why they kidnapped you?” The little girl nodded her head and said“ They teased me one day and I told it to my father. My father beat them up, that is why they kidnapped me today”. We were shocked to hear and the police assured to file a complaint against her kidnappers for eve-teasing. The mother and father of the girl child had come there and seeing their child they hugged her thanked the Inspector and other officers.
The Inspector said“ Please don’ t thank me, thank these children who helped us”. The parents of the girl thanked us we said“ No Problem” and they went home happily. Then the Inspector called the kidnappers to see them, we also saw them and we were stunned because he was my classmate’ s brother only. After this, we went home my parents asked us“ What happened? Why are you late?” We said the problem and how we solved it, they were proud of us. That evening me and my friend travelled with police and we thought“ WOW! What a nice thing we did today”.
