Creativity not only comes with
practice, but also patience. It
takes time to be able to think
outside the box and to come up
with ideas which may have not
been though of before. The
human brain needs exercises
just as much as the rest of the
body. It might be dif cult to start
something new at rst, but as
you keep working at it, you will
naturally get better.
Riddles and other "Thinking
games" are games and exercises
that help develop thinking skills
and so boost your brainpower.
Some brain games exercise
memory, or test knowledge
(usually trivia), some require
analysis, creativity and
imagination. Interlocking and
disentanglements challenges
your spatial and visual
perception, improve your ability
to concentrate and take well
thought out steps to achieve
goals.
Riddles along with other
puzzles and games aid with
your logical and cognitive
thinking which in turn helps
boost your creativity. This is
because riddles take a lot of
'outside the box' thinking as the
answer is not straightforward.
Coming up with more complex
and innovative ideas exercises
the brain and eventually aids it
to become more creative.
