TRIBUTE OPPORTUNITIES
The Motherhouse grounds offer lovely tribute opportunities
that may be made in honor of loved ones living or deceased.
St. Dominic’s Garden features a donor wall with marble plaques where loved ones
can be honored or memorialized. Donation levels are $1,000, $2,000 and $5,000.
Tree of Life memorials grace the Motherhouse rotunda and the waiting area as
expressions of benefactors’ devotion to loved ones. Leaves are $500 and $1,000.
Bench Plaques adorn places of prayer and reflection on Motherhouse grounds.
Donors can honor their loved ones with a bench plaque for a gift of $500.
Memorial Tree Tributes acknowledge loved ones with the planting of a tree, and a
lasting sentiment prominently displayed on the grounds of the Motherhouse. Your
donation of $300 can be made in honor of a person, living or deceased.
Walkway Bricks guide visitors through the Stations of the Cross near the Sisters’
cemetery. For a gift of $200, a small plaque is placed on one of these bricks in
memory or in honor of loved ones.

DOMINICAN FAMILY OF PRAYER ENROLLMENT CARD PROGRAM
The Sisters of St. Dominic of Amityville, NY offer
enrollment cards for all occasions. For a donation of
$7.00, donors enroll a loved one for one year. Those
enrolled share in the twelve Novenas of Masses offered
annually for them and their intentions. Many choose to
keep cards on hand. This makes it more convenient
when the need arises. Simply fill out the intention form
(which is inserted into each card) and send it along with
your offering to us. We will then enroll the person as
you request. To purchase your cards, please visit:
https://sistersofstdominic.myshopify.com.
Dominican Family of Prayer cards include Sympathy, Get Well,
Special Occasion, Thinking of You and Birthday enrollments.

Next year, the 2018 Annual Donor Report will be available for your review online at: www.sistersofstdominic.org. By reducing
the number of copies that are printed and mailed, the Congregation saves funds that can be diverted to our ministries. If you
prefer a printed copy, please contact the Advancement Office and let us know by August 31, 2018. We will include your request in
our print run.
