Employee Training and Development
Employee development is integral to our culture , fostering engagement and inclusivity . Our training and development initiatives encourage innovation and idea-sharing , promoting a workplace where all voices are heard . In 2023 , we intensified our focus on psychological safety , equipping employees with skills to interact respectfully and collaboratively across diverse backgrounds , further enhancing their well-being and engagement .
In 2023 , the Airports Authority launched three in-house programs :
A ) Talent Talks : An ongoing series aimed at fostering developmental discussions , with a focus on functional levels across all tiers of the organization . These open and candid conversations with the Airports Authority cover topics ranging from family medical leave to recruitment overviews and other operational matters .
B ) Psychological Safety : This course helps our employees understand how to create a safe space for people to speak up , identify opportunities for improvement and bring their full selves to work .

The goal of succession planning is to increase the number of capable individuals who are prepared to assume leadership roles as they become available . We are laying a strong foundation by investing in our current and future leaders .
To achieve this , the Airports Authority has four formal succession planning programs :

• Supervisory Training Program
• Manager Development Program
• Leadership Development Program
As we work to build succession management into the Airports Authority ’ s DNA , our goal is to support growth and success by making learning and development opportunities accessible for all employees . We drive this goal of developing bench strength within the company for future roles .
