So skin care regimens should be adjusted accordingly" Acne pimples start forming when the pores in the skin are clogged with an oil called sebum which usually lubricates the skin and hair, in puberty hormones cause skin to overproduce sebum.Teens should wash their face two times every day, there are many kind of products you can use to wash your faces like anti-acne products, medicinal products and many others, if you can’t wash your face you can always use some special wipes that can serve for the same purpose as the products that you use to wash your face to keep it clean and healthy. You should also avoid touching your face with your fingers or any other object that may contain bacteria, if you use glasses you should clean them frequently, if you use makeup you should also remove it before going to sleep and try buying makeup that are nonacnegenic, you should also make sure you protect your skin from the sun since it can cause many issues in the future for your skin to do so you can use some medical or even normal sunscreen.
