Teenager's PROBLEMS

Osteoporosis is one of the most dangerous and the most common disease that can happen now a days. It is characterized by an abnormal loss of bone mass leading to a higher risk of fracture. Most commonly it happens to older adults. Most individuals who posses such disease are not aware they have developed it until they actually fracture a bone. The only way to prevent it is to simply have a nutritious diet and exercise when you're young. Osteoporosis is the effect of not eating healthy and exercising while being a juvenile. Some simple ways to avoid it to exercise at least 4 hours a week and avoid a deleterious diet, by doing so you guarantee a healthy life when being older. A low supplementation of calcium and vitamin D are the main factors that can affect the risk of Osteoporosis popping up. Although Osteoporosis patients have a higher mortality rate than the average due to complications with fractures, it is rarely lethal, therefore the biggest risk/downside to an osteoporotic fracture is the association with a reduced "quality of life". Osteoporosis´ main victims are mostly females, the disease affects 55% of americans aged above 50 and of these 80% are women. It can be emotionally one of the worst diseases someone can have because it is simply too easy to prevent but the effects of not doing so can be great
