MANAGE STUDENT REFUNDS
Student refunds either due to financial aid applied to your student account, or any other overpayment on your student account, are managed in partnership with Nelnet.
The choice is yours on how you choose to receive your refund!
• Direct Deposit( ACH) to a bank account of your choosing
• Deposit to any reloadable debit card
All students are requested to create an account with Nelnet and then enroll in a refund method via Manage Refunds so that you will be prepared to receive any future refunds.

TUITION INSURANCE
We have partnered with GradGuard™ to provide students and their families with tuition insurance. The Tuition Protection Plan offered by GradGuard™ supplements Stevenson’ s tuition refund policy.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Once per academic year, students are required to review and accept the Annual Financial Responsibility Agreement. The agreement is located in the ' Required Agreements ' area under your profile in the upper right-hand corner in Self-Service.
BOOK VOUCHERS
Students are eligible for a book voucher if their financial aid is in excess of their semester charges. If eligible, book vouchers will be available on your SUOne card beginning two( 2) weeks prior to the start of the semester for use in the Campus Store.
ONLINE COURSE MATERIALS
Some courses take part in the Inclusive Access( IA) or Cengage Unlimited, digital educational materials delivery programs. The programs provide immediate digital access to required course materials via Blackboard at significantly discounted prices. Charges will be billed with tuition charges to your account.
FERPA / PROXY ACCESS
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act( FERPA) requires Stevenson to obtain a student’ s permission before providing access to their educational records. Assigning Proxy Access allows the student to grant parents, grandparents, guardians, or other users access to their student’ s records in the following areas:
• Student Finance
• Financial Aid
• Academics
•( General) Notifications
• Tax Information
Once Proxy Access is assigned, the person receiving the access( the proxy) can see the specified information, and the University is authorized to speak on this information to the proxy.
