RESIDENTIAL STAFF
A RESIDENT ASSISTANT ( RA ) or a SENIOR RESIDENT ASSISTANT ( SRA ) is a student staff member who lives in the residence hall and apartment communities and is assigned to a floor or wing . An RA ’ s overall responsibility is to provide leadership and support to individual residents , residence halls , and apartment communities — they can be a great source of help as you adjust to campus life . If you ’ re interested in becoming an RA , students have the opportunity to apply after their first year at Stevenson .
