Rap Mogul 50 Cent has been known to have a reputation for doing and saying things without fearing any consequences for his actions. Unfortunately for 50 Cent, his fearless attitude has cost him $5 million this time around.

50 Cent has been court ordered to pay $5 million in damages to Lastonia Leviston (the mother of Rick Ross' child) for the 2009 release of their sextape without her permission and for intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to New York Daily News. The sextape was allegedly released by 50 Cent on his website in 2009 for reasons that have remained inaccurately unidentified.

According to James Bernard (Lawyer of 50 Cent) 50 Cent obtained the film from Maurice Murray (the boyfriend of Leviston) who was actually part of the film in a pre-recorded deposition. 50 Cent claimed that he wasn't aware that he needed the permission of Leviston after already being granted permission by Murray. After hearing the case the judge ruled in the favor of Leviston who originally was seeking $20 million in damages for the humiliation that the video caused her after going viral.

Accompanied by the court ruling and $400,000 worth of legal fees, 50 Cent is also facing more legal fees for not appearing in court to testify and being absent for the reading of the verdict. 50 Cent is now facing punitive damages that will make him think twice before "indulging in similar conduct in the future" according to Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paul Wooten.
