Have you ever been treated differently because you're a female musician?
Whenever I’m touring or playing a show I feel like I get treated like “one of the guys”.
Do you think people describe your music differently because you're female? (If so , how?) Do you ever find your musicianship described as "sexy" instead of talent-based adjectives?
You’ll always have people like that. Some people will come up to me and seem more intrigued by the fact that I’m a girl rather than my drumming abilities or the band. But me being a girl drummer doesn’t change whether they like the music or not. And most people that discover our band love the idea of both.
Originality is not that easy to find anymore, I feel its unique to have a female in the band on any instrument. Do you feel this is originality and uniqueness to your band?
I think it definitely adds something to the band. The best thing about it is for other girls to see that they can do the same thing.
Do you have anything that your fans would be surprised to know about you & ANYTHING TO SAY TO YOUR CURRENT OR FUTURE FANS?
I AM THE BIGGEST KE$HA FAN! Come see us on tour when we are in your city, we love to hang out with everyone! And we’re working on a new album right now so stay tuned for that!
