After winning the YouTube NextUp contest, You grew more of a following day by day. Did you ever think you could actually make a living off YouTube doing something you love to do?

We learned shortly after making intros that we could make money, but it was very little. We NEVER imagined it was possible to make a living off of it all. We honestly love creating content more than anything else we’ve ever done and to be making a living with it is the greatest thing in the world!

You released several solo songs including In Honor Of Her Heart, Echo, Decisions, & No One Knows. Which are very great songs we have listened to. What inspires your lyrics when you write music?

They are inspired by real life situations and events that have happened to us or someone we know. We also try to make it relatable to others in the world listening who may experiencing the same things we have. The exception is Echo which was inspired by a movie.

When you first started creating YouTube Videos, it was just video introductions for popular video bloggers online. When did you decide to start doing originals and covers?

At first we were terrified of getting strikes on our channel for copyright. We put up a couple covers on another channel and realized as long as we didn’t monetize it we would be okay. As soon as we started posting covers on TeraBrite and saw the impact it had on our channel, we became addicted because it was also so much fun changing up pop songs and rocking them out! The originals just came here and there but we have been saving most for a future album.

When you entered the YouTube NextUp contest, Did you ever think you would win?

I honestly thought we had a very little chance. We couldn’t believe we won that! Being in New York with other YouTubers was amazing and so was the money which allowed us to really step up our production quality
