On Friday 30th September and Saturday 1st October, Sake no
Hana will enjoy extended World Sake Day celebrations by hosting
kagami biraki ceremonies at 12.30pm and 6.30pm on both days.
The kagami biraki is a traditional Japanese ceremony where a cask
of sake is smashed open and guests are offered cups of sake from
the barrel.

London warehouse space Village Underground. Guests arriving
early will be offered a complimentary taste of ENTER.Sake’s BLACK
HONJOZO which will also be available at the bar all night.
ENTER.Sake is a boutique Sake collection curated by musician
and DJ Richie Hawtin, who has been pushing the frontiers of
music, art and technology since the late-1980s. Hawtin, a devoted
sake connoisseur for over twenty years, holds both levels of the
Advanced Sake Professional Certification and was appointed the
title of Sake Samurai by the Japanese Sake Brewers Association in
2014 for his efforts in promoting Japanese Sake & culture abroad.
