THE IMPACT OF EMOTION AND THOUGHTS
The emotions affect our body in a possitive or negative way, for examlpe some emotion as anger or stress can cause the activation of the nervous system, endocrine, and musculoskeletal responses; this causes the physical manifestation, tingles down of the spine and flushed faces.
For examlpe anger can cause hot-head, a happy person lighting up all the way through their fingers and toes, a depressed figurine that was literally blue (meaning they felt little sensation in their limbs)17. Anger and pride fire up the head, neck, and shoulders. Love and happiness fill nearly the entire body, especially the heart. Anxiety and fear activate the chest, an area where people with panic attacks often feel tightness. Depression deactivates most of the body, especially the limbs, consistent with the sensation of heavy limbs that many people with depression experience18.
