MALE MUSCLE Intro to JAE: James Alexander-Ellis has been a Personal Trainer for 8 years and is now a leading Strength Coach and Prep Coach. He made his name in the industry with fierce history of top placings at WBFF Pro shows, where he has competed as a Muscle Model since 2013. James’ physique and stage presence helped to typify this relatively new physique category since he emerged on the scene and now James’s focus as a coach is on helping his clients (whether they are regular gym fanatics or starved fitness competitors) lose body fat as quickly and healthily as possible. Fat Loss vs Weight Loss: Everyone has their own personal language for telling me that they want to lose body-fat. Some guys say they want to get ripped for a photoshoot. Often, girls say they want to just ‘tone up’ their arms or legs. Some just refer to simple weight loss.
