Beginning American Mah Jongg

Come join this class to be part of the growing number of players that already enjoy this challenging , fascinating tile program . At the completion of class , you will know Mah- Jongg basics , the principles of the game and a number of different strategies . The class is perfect for complete beginners and for those who played the game years ago and need to brush up on their rules and skills . $ 10 material fee paid to the instructor at the first class . Mah Jongg Strategy ( Ages 18 +)

This class is for players that have been playing for a minimum of 6 months . Participants can expect to learn more complicated and strategic moves to improve their Mah Jongg game . This class meets only once .

Senior Summer Camp ( Ages 50 +)

Summer Camp isn ' t just for kids anymore . We ' ll spend a week exploring different activities such as cupcake decorating , sewing , gardening , and even a day at the beach . Those that register before August 4 will be guaranteed a Summer Camp t-shirt . Register for individual days , or the entire week to receive a discount . Exploring Readers Theater

Please join us for some fun on Thursday evenings this summer as we read / perform a variety of pieces , including narrative poetry and short plays . We will work on vocal exercises , breathing , emphasis , conveying emotion and all the elements of creating a character , all without having to memorize lines ! Kirk Player directors and actors will lead the class and provide materials . ( 6 wks )

WALK AND GRILL

Walk a few laps around the scenic lake located behind the Regent Center . Afterwards enjoy the delicious smell of burgers on the grill while you relax on the Regent Center patio . Your meal includes choice of burger or brat , chips , potato salad or coleslaw , desert , and lemonade . Make it a day out and stay for BINGO after you eat ! Our walk will begin at 11:30 am , lunch will be served at noon .
