4th Thursday at 10:30 am This club prefers a morning meal with good
friends. Sign up and then meet at a chosen
restaurant. Cost: on your own.
Dinner Club
3rd Tuesday at 4 pm Visit a different restaurant each month and
enjoy fine food and each other’s company.

Dr. Mansi Mehta. Cost: $2 per class.

9 am Learn to stretch and relax your body and
mind in a safe and easy way. Led by Sharon
Gaughan. Cost: $8/class.
Every 4th Tu Enhance your circulation and help reduce
aches, fatigue, and eyestrain with a massage —
done while sitting in a chair. By appt.

9:15 am A stretching and flexibility class with low-
impact aerobics. Tuesdays and Thursdays at
9:15 am plus social time.

10:15 am Learn the steps to this fun, country dance.
Led by Margie Nison

10:30 am An exciting cardio workout that increases
heart rate, burns calories and moves to a
lively Latin sound. Led by Anne McKenna.
