Volleyball Skills & Games (Ages 8–13)
Hitting & Pitcher/Catcher Techniques
(Ages 7–12)
Swing analysis, live pitching and other techniques are a
part of this program. The advanced, intermediate and
beginner hitters can all benefit from this step-by-step
approach to learning. Pitchers work on the form needed
to increase the speed of the fastball and protect their
throwing arm. Boys learn the rocker step for pitching
as well as various age appropriate grips. Girls learn the
windmill form of pitching and different grips. Catchers are
taught how to help get strike calls for their team. Different
techniques to throw out base runners are also included.

Youth Track and Field (Ages 7–12)
Participants will learn fitness concepts as they relate to
exercising and the jumping, running and throwing skills
involved in track and field. They will enjoy fitness games
as well as sprints, relays, hurdles, discus throw and other
track events. On the last day they will participate in a fun-
filled track and field meet. Led by SportsKids Inc. (6 wks)

Beginning Badminton (Ages 8–10)
Who is up for a game of Badminton? Come and learn
the basics of the most popular sport in the world, plus
some cool new skills and tricks. Coaches will demonstrate
footwork and basic strokes. Game strategy is worked
in and of course, teamwork, participation, and good
sportsmanship are our top priorities. A game is played at
the end of each class. Led by Sports R Us Staff (5 wks)

This program is a must for players of all skill levels trying
to improve on the fundamentals or learn the game for
the first time. We will assist players with their skills and
knowledge of passing, serving, defense, setting, blocking
and hitting. Players will also work on technique, set
location, play sets, and footwork. They will learn offensive
and defensive systems through team drills and game play.

New! Sports Performance Training (Ages 7–18)
Does your kid want to be a better athlete? Join this
program and transform into the best young athlete they
can be. No matter the sport, no matter your skill, RedLine
Athletics will make them a better athlete. The program
starts and ends with a performance evaluation to measure
their progress. Following every evaluation, staff will work
with the athlete to create a Strength and Conditioning
program that meets the needs of each athlete. This is the
most personalized and sport specific program available.
This class meets twice a week for 6 weeks. Led by RedLine
