Earthquakes in MV
In the space of less than 90 years two events occurred in northern California that changed people’ s lives, the cities in which we live and the way that we live.
The events? The earthquakes of 1906 and 1989. Each was devastating, but in different ways. Each was similar in the destruction caused.
Learn more about these earthquakes and other disasters in Mountain View at the next History Event, Sunday, August 3, at 2 p. m. at the Adobe Building. Register at http:// mvhistory. eventbrite. com /.
