Each month students are recognized by the Board of Education for exceptional honors. In December, the following were recognized: Elementary Habit Heroes, JH Students of the Month, JH Girls Basketball Team for winning 1st in hosted basketball tournament, State Cross Country 7th Place by Devin Neff, Football post season honors in both conference and district, and Conference Choir. We are proud of these students who represent Mark Twain and Ralls County R-II in such a positive and inspirational way.
Tyler Armour presented the totem pole he made as part of a culminating activity after his JH English Language Arts course read a book entitled Touching Spirit Bear. The totem pole he created showed personal symbolism.
