Mt Buller Bike Park Walking and hiking
Cross-country Exploring the High Country on two feet is a great way to
discover its secrets. Take a sunset stroll through alpine
meadows or head along a winding river to discover
tumbling waterfalls and steep, rocky gorges.
Sitting between Mt Buller and Mt Stirling are over
120kms of international-quality cross-country mountain
bike trails, including the infamous 40km Australian Alpine
Epic which attracts visitors from around the world.
Gravity
One of only two resorts in Australia offering chairlift assisted
biking. Mt Buller’s four gravity trails, and one flowdown trail
are renowned for some of the best riding in the country.
Road cycling
It’s a killer climb, 921m in altitude over 16km, but the
stunning alpine panoramas, and heart-stopping descent
makes it a ll worthwhile.
Trail running
Mt Buller’s intricate network offers an incredible trail
running experience for all levels; the views are truly
magnificent, the air cool, fresh and clean, and the terrain
ranges from smooth-sailing to downright gut-busting.

Family fun
Keeping the little ones entertained is easy in summer.
Search for Mt Buller’s favourite tiny residents, the
Mt Buller Gnome family, on a self-guided walk, view the
mountain from a new perspective from the Northside
Express chairlift or shake off some energy and head
indoors to the sports centre and climbing wall.

Let your spirit of adventure take you off the beaten track,
into the wilds of the High Country. Whether it’s trail riding
on horseback to the iconic Craig’s Hut or a thrilling 4WD or
motorcycle ride through the alpines parks and forests, the
High Country offers a fabulous escape from the everyday.
