Kaseya Delivers Part 2 Of Its Plan To Triple MSP Profitability
The new Kaseya 365 User , which includes the acquisition of SaaS Alerts , takes MSPs one step closer to best-in-class margins . BY COLLEEN FRYE
Momentum continued to build at DattoCon for Kaseya ’ s strategic vision — to make their MSP partners the most profitable , the most efficient , and the most recognized in the industry . At the annual partner conference in October , Kaseya CEO Fred Voccola unveiled Kaseya 365 User , which ushered in Phase 2 of the company ’ s four-part plan to change the unit economics of the MSP industry .
Today , MSPs are realizing just 8 %– 12 % profit on average . Kaseya believes they deserve better , and that margins should be more in line with the other professional services that small and medium businesses rely on , such as legal and financial , that reap margins of 30 %– 35 %.
Kaseya 365 User promises to get MSPs one step closer to those margins . Other announcements at DattoCon that are key to achieving Kaseya ’ s goal included the following :
• The acquisition of SaaS Alerts , developer of the cloud detection and response ( CDR ) solution that ’ s included in Kaseya 365 User
• Further inroads in automation and artificial intelligence
• A multimillion-dollar marketing blitz to promote the “ Powered by Kaseya ” brand

Like its predecessor Kaseya 365 Endpoint , which Kaseya announced in April 2024 , Kaseya 365 User is an all-in-one subscription . It includes all the components an MSP needs to secure users and back up their SaaS data , plus hundreds of automations to increase efficiency — for an extremely low price of around $ 2.69 per user .
