Kaseya Adds Even Bigger Benefits To It ' s Partner First Pledge

The Partner First Pledge , unveiled at Kaseya Connect Global this past April , outlined new business policies around contract terms and pricing that formalized the company ’ s commitment to both shared risk and shared commercial success with its MSP partners . “ It really helped us formalize and align a lot our values and what we were already providing ,” says Mike Sanders , Kaseya chief revenue officer . “ But it also gave our partners and our account managers and executives more tools and an easier way to work together to make it a better partnership .”

The Pledge Debuted With Five Main Pillars : 1 . Lower-priced one-year contracts
2 . Month-to-month contracts for Datto BCDR ( business continuity and data recovery )
3 . Extension of FLEXSpend to allow partners to reallocate spend to other products in the IT Complete portfolio as their business needs change
4 . Catastrophic client loss protection 5 . Price lock guarantee
Now , says Sanders , “ we ’ re continuing to press forward on the Pledge because it was incredibly well received . Partners told us , ‘ Hey , you listened .’ We want to continue to evolve it to deliver more value to our partners .”
Powered By Kaseya
An additional way Kaseya plans to deliver value to partners is the new Powered by Kaseya initiative , which includes spending upwards of $ 15 million in brand building . This spending follows on the heels of 2023 ’ s 17-year , $ 117.4 million naming rights agreement for Miami ’ s Kaseya Center , home to the Miami Heat NBA team .
“ We are putting our money where our mouth is again ,” Kaseya CEO Fred Voccola says , “ not only changing the unit economics for our MSP partners but we are going to be incredibly aggressive at marketing MSPs that are Powered by Kaseya .”
His goal is for small and midsized business owners globally to become familiar with the name Kaseya . Says Voccola , “ We are going to be doing a massive blitz around the world to market the ‘ Powered by Kaseya ’ brand as the most secure and most reliable brand that an IT and security service provider can offer .”
