Keep Pushing Forward.
For those facing hard times looking at your family may cause stress of how am I going to put food on the table; your children see something completely different. They see their parents are able to play a bit more with them, or help them a little bit more. Although everything may be difficult, it is good for children to see you work out a problem. Problem-solving is not just a mathematical equation but we do it in our daily lives and our children need to learn it from all aspects of life.
Although every situation can have positives and negatives, it is what we put emphasis on that will make all the difference. If we dwell on the negative it will become all that we see, so let us dwell on the positives of there is more sunshine in the day and we can attack those home projects that we have been putting off.
We have to look for the small glimmer of light and concentrate on what we are seeing. As we do that the stress of everyday life will become less stressful because you will see the help that is in your home and community. Take the time to make sure you dwell on the positives in the day and less on the negatives, share them with your loved ones as they may be having a hard day and need to see how important they are to you.
