2020 has certainly thrown us all for a loop, hasn’t it?! It seems like every time we turn around there is another stressor being tossed at us. Work, family, society, they all deserve so much energy and attention, but when they all need it at one time, it can feel impossible to stay positive.

Find Moments.
We have to look for moments. We will never live this exact moment again in our life, so it is important to truly see them. The moments of spending time with our loved ones may drastically reduce.
