Adapting to meet a new challenge, a second non-profit, Corporate America Supports You (CASY), was launched to specialize in assisting service members.

“The strategic goal of CASY and MSCCN was to reach 50,000 verifiable job placements by 2020. To have reached that goal by the end of the second quarter of 2019 is a tribute to the hard work and dedication of the entire CASY and MSCCN team. We want to thank our great partners who have helped make this possible. We are experienced, eager, and ready to take on the next challenge of 100,000. We have a new initiative launching soon that we hope will help us reach that goal sooner.” CEO and Founder RADM Dan Kloeppel (USN, retired).

CASY & MSCCN’s robust programs have attracted support from, and partnerships with industry leaders such as IBM, The Schultz Family Foundation, Call of Duty Endowment, Swift Transportation, Boeing, and DirectEmployers Association that have brought with them powerful tools to assist job seekers in achieving remunerative careers. These collaborations allow access to over 2.4 million jobs monthly and have made it possible for essential programs that train and place the whole veteran and military family into employment.

"Why does this model work? “Advanced job search techniques and training tailored to the military community, as well as a flexible organization that quickly adapts to market changes, all allow us to efficiently move candidates to new careers. Our new platform of services through VetJobs will enhance CASY and MSCCN’s already outstanding capabilities and help us conquer future goals.” Deb Kloeppel President and Founder of MSCCN. Our program allows for and encourages individuality, while simultaneously enhancing tangible knowledge, skills and abilities that employers are actively seeking.

No matter the program, model, or platform, CASY and MSCCN have always shared a purpose—to put military-affiliated job seekers into careers; something they have been doing for a combined 15 years. Military-affiliated job seekers who require assistance can visit www.CASY.us to connect with an Employment Specialist and access CASY’s job board of over one million positions.
