IBM Gifts CASY & MSCCN a Marketing Impact Grant
On September 22, the CASY & MSCCN Communications Team met with the IBM Impact Grant team to discuss user experience strategy and design. The focus of the meeting was to examine end user strategy and design to craft a better customer experience. Our organizations’ goal is to provide an external experience that matches our internal operations, while continuing to deliver seamless service to our applicants.
The working group consisted of key members of the communications team, including, Deb Kloeppel, Amy Rossi, Stacy Bayton, John DiPiero, Craig Lowder, Conrad Chun, Jason Kelley, and the IBM Impact Grant team, Julian Kamil, Martin Laird, and Tashira Gibbs. The topics covered included digital marketing, SWOT analysis, empathy maps, audience messaging, and digital strategies.
Opportunely, IBM’s marketing grant comes on the heels of CASY’s receipt of a grant that will allow us to update the CASY website for twenty-first century users.
