Still not sold? Military-affiliated students have shared their success stories and how they effectively used this resource to achieve their goals. Emily Morgan, who attended the University of North Florida, utilized CLEP to test out of an entire semester! Similarly, Ken Meyer, a student at Central Texas College, utilized CLEP to successfully complete the Biology & Composition assessments, enabling him accelerated entrance into the nursing program.
Also note, CLEP is FREE for those in the following branches:
•Military personnel Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, Army Reserve, Air Force Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve, Navy Reserve, Coast Guard Reserve, Army and Air National Guard.
•Spouses and civilian employees of the Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, Army National Guard, Army Reserve, Coast Guard (active and reserve).

3. College bookstores can advise you on which books and materials are used
for the related course. Course syllabi are listed on school websites.

5. Answer sample questions for the CLEP exam you plan to take.
