Brief Description of Hiring Challenge:
I moved to America to live with my husband of two years in July 2012. I found that everything was so different between America and China. I started to look for work after I got my drivers license in March 2013. I had been an HR manager for many years, and I had rich experiences in this field in China, so I tried to find an HR job in the beginning. But I didn’t get any interviews after I sent out my resume to several companies. I realized that it was not easy to me to find a job. I hadn’t had any working experience in America. English is my second language, and I didn’t even know how to write a typical English resume. I doubted I would find a job in America.
