Robin Pugh, President Queen Associates, wanted to identify partners with the same level of commitment to serving veterans and was introduced to Deb Kloeppel, President and Founder, CASY & MSCCN, in 2015. Jan Lee, SVP Talent Delivery had the good fortune to work with MSCCN at a large financial institution about 10 years ago when building out their Veterans Program. She had experienced first-hand the dedication, commitment and ability to deliver talent through MSCCN. Both Robin and Jan wanted to bring that same commitment and success in hiring veterans to Queen Associates and pursued a partnership that has already proven successful.
Queen Associates has been very fortunate to continue to experience rapid growth across all IT sectors. With that growth we needed reinforcements! In stepped CASY & MSCCN who have been excellent partners and have identified some key candidates for us. Our most recent hire is Victoria, an Army veteran who has joined our team as our Service Delivery Coordinator. In this role, Victoria will be supporting our recruiting delivery team to ensure consistency across our processes.
