set up in the main lodge . In the center of the room was an extravagant salad bar . High atop the table stood a pair of lifesized bird dogs pointing the quail and pheasants below nestled in lush greenery and blossoms . Among the salads served was made from scratch pimento cheese , chicken salad , broccoli , kale , spring salads and a garden salad . A wide variety of toppings and dressings were available . The table was decorated with serving pieces from the Spode Woodland collection available at Cranford ’ s on Main in downtown Moultrie and lit with strategically placed candles and accent lights . Positioned on both sides of the salad table guests found buffets filled with smoked brisket at carving stations , savannah chicken , smothered green beans , mustard greens , tomato basil tarts and mashed potatoes complete with an extensive selection of toppings and rolls .
