Reed Bingham is also a popular destination for birdwatchers and is part of the Southern Rivers Birding Trail. Reed Bingham continues to host a nesting pair of bald eagles. Other famous feathered residents at the park include the vultures that return each winter to avoid the harsh northern conditions vast numbers of prothonotary warblers and an occasional sighing of the very rare limpkin.
Visitors are encouraged to come to the office for a listing of interpretive programs that are available during their visit. The programming events have minimum cost associated with them. Church groups, scout groups, school groups, etc are encouraged to call the park office to arrange a hike, native animal program and more with the interpretive ranger.

Main campus at 65,000 square feet Offers: indoor pool; six outdoor pickle ball courts and two indoor; two racquetball courts; indoor and outdoor basketball courts; multiple soccer fields; weight training room; Hoist MotionCage with 12 stations; full body EGym program, 35-acre adventure course that includes the alpine tower, zipline, low elements paintball course, walking and biking trails and an obstacle course. Doerun Location 232 W. Broad Ave. Open 24 / 7 Offers treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes and weight training equipment including a top-of-the-line cable machine.
Pineland Location 710 28th Ave S. E. Hosts: 21st Century Community Learning Center, which is a federally funded program that offers students a broad array of enrichment and academic activities and offers literacy and other educational services to the families of participating children.
Also offers childcare center, food program which serves over 300 meals per day, administrative offices, lower school for Colquitt Christian Academy.
