Proof that hard work truly can create an impressive trajectory , Marini applies himself to every challenge with methodical determination . That saw him rise from Moto3 debut disaster to Moto2 frontrunner and finally , MotoGP podium finisher with the VR46 team on a Ducati . Then he decided to take a new turn and join Honda for a completely different challenge : leveraging his impressive technical knowhow to bring the giants back to the top . In 2024 his approach was mileage mileage mileage , but some points started to come in towards the end of the season . In 2025 the goal will be many more of them .
