Maverick Viñales’ early months with KTM have been far from straightforward. But the 2013 Moto3™ World Champion has been one of the star performers since the Qatar GP, where he showed, in his hands, the RC16 can be a match for anyone.
A set-up change ahead of warm-up for the Argentine GP gave the Catalan some added front confidence. From there he was able to build momentum before spectacularly taking the fight to Marc Marquez at Lusail in April.

“ We have to maintain the potential we have shown,” Viñales said ahead of the middle part of the season.“ It ' s obvious that we grew up a lot in the first four races, but still we need to maintain the calm. We are still on the process to understand the bike, to understand what is the limit, what is its limitation or how I can override the problems.
