Three years into his MotoGP career, Raul Fernandez has showed impressive flashes of speed but will be looking for more in 2025 – more of the incredible speed he showed in Catalonia last year when he led a Sprint for the first time. Retained by Trackhouse Racing and now seemingly settled in, that will likely start to pay off even more in 2025. This season, Fernandez also fields a 2025 spec Aprilia from the off and has a new rookie teammate, making him not only part of the wider Aprilia project but also de facto team leader. Tijdens de drie jaar van zijn MotoGP-carrière heeft Raul Fernandez laten zien ontzagwekkend snel te kunnen rijden, zoals hij vorig jaar onder andere deed in Catalonië toen hij voor het eerst een sprintrace leidde. In 2025 zal hij weer proberen bloedsnel te gaan. Hij bleef bij Trackhouse Racing en nu hij duidelijk zijn plek daar heeft gevonden, is het zeer waarschijnlijk dat dit in 2025 tot resultaten gaat leiden. Dit seizoen rijdt Fernandez vanaf het begin op een Aprilia uit 2025 en heeft hij een nieuwe rookie als teammaat, waardoor hij niet alleen onderdeel is van het bredere Aprilia-project maar bovendien teamleider is.
