Then there’s that “ah-ha” moment, when you accept the reality that your body is no longer the same and it never will be again. Some may cry, I know I did, and some may even stress about it. But then there’s that next moment when you should come to grips with the fact that IT’S O.K!! Everything about you has changed and become new. You look in the mirror and can see It physically. You search your heart and can feel it emotionally and those around you can see it too. Embrace it. Love who you are. Stop looking back and wishing you were that “old you”. You may be looking back saying “I use to be a business woman, but now”…. Or maybe, “ or I use to be beautiful, but now I’m not.” Let me help you with ALL that. First thing’s first… STOP LOOKING BACK! That’s your first issue. Who has time to be looking back at who they were, when there’s so much to see and explore about who you are! You’re beautiful, you’re smart, you’re loving, you’re new, you’re YOU! You’re a MOM, and that says a lot! Your role now is so important. You shape the lives of your children. What you’re doing now will prepare them for their future. You’re raising the next world leaders, the next teachers, the next mothers and fathers. You’re job is so worth it!! Give it all you got, cherish it, each moment of it. It will not last forever. Love the YOU that you are now and learn how to live out each day in perfect peace with the woman you have become.
