How to Recharge for the Next Round of Motherhood!!
Rather your days are filled with temperamental toddlers, babies, or hardheaded teenagers, at the end of it all
you'll need a recharge! You’ll need to
take some time at some point during
the day, during the week, during the
month, or during that year to step back
and rejoice in some peace and quiet. As
mothers, we all love and adore our precious children. However, I am completely convinced after having three of my
own; that if you don’t take that necessary “me time” you’d probably go insane. And I’m pretty sure your husband doesn’t want to see his beautiful
wife lose her ever loving mind! (LOL!). So, do you mom! Whatever that is.
Go for a long walk by yourself, stop at your nearest target store buy some
popcorn (because it always smells soooo good) and shop BY YOURSELF for
two hours. Or perhaps you’d enjoy a nice relaxing medi pedi at the spa
(sounds good to me!). Whatever it is YOU like to do, I encourage you to
get out and do it! It will serve as a recharge to your mind and even your
body. I’ve personally found out after having three children that we as
mothers desperately need that recharge. Recently for me it’s been something as simple as putting the kids to bed and going out to the store for a
few hrs. It’s totally life changing! LOL!! I come back feeling some kind of
different. It seems so weird, but it truly does work. Don’t feel guilty about
it either! Sometimes those thoughts will come to your head about leaving
your baby behind, but don’t listen to those thoughts.
