Little Falls Arts and Crafts Fair: A beloved summer tradition returns for 52nd year

Each year, as summer gracefully transitions into autumn, the charming city of Little Falls, nestled along the banks of the Mississippi River, transforms into a vibrant hub of creativity and craftsmanship. The highly anticipated Little Falls Arts and Crafts Fair will once again draw thousands of visitors to the heart of downtown, celebrating its remarkable 52nd anniversary this year.
Recognized as the 2025‘ Community Event of the Year’ by Mid-America Chamber Executives, this cherished tradition promises a weekend brimming with crafty finds and local artistry. Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 6th, from 8:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m., and Sunday, September 7th, from 9:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., as the fair proceeds rain or shine.
Prepare to be captivated by the sheer variety offered by
hundreds of talented vendors lining the streets of downtown Little Falls. According to Purva Watten, president and CEO of the Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism,“ Visitors will discover a treasure trove of handcrafted items, each with its own story.” From exquisite jewelry and stylish clothing to intricate wood products, elegant metal decor, and fragrant soaps and lotions, there’ s truly something to delight every taste and preference.
When it’ s time to refuel, shoppers can take advantage of the diverse array of food vendors conveniently located at three bustling food courts on the east side of the Mississippi River.

Adding another layer of excitement, this year marks the 12th anniversary of The Market Place Fair, situated on the west side of the river. Offering a different shopping experience, The Market Place Fair features a variety of commercial items, including clothing, trinkets, and more. This provides a complementary contrast to the handcrafted goods found on the east side.
To ensure a smooth and stress-free visit, ample parking will be available at the Morrison County Fairgrounds, located at 15575 Hawthorn Road, Little Falls. Convenient shuttle buses will operate continuously, transporting visitors between the Fairgrounds and various drop-off points throughout the fair venues. When your shopping is complete, simply hop back on a shuttle at any of the designated locations for a comfortable ride back to your vehicle. The shuttle service will run from 7:00 a. m. until one hour after the fairs close each day.
