Transformation is probably the next
to the last journey someone wants
to be told they are getting ready to
undertake—of course, death being
the final journey. This is something
almost as profound, but certainly
it’s been a lot more fun.
Let’s start at the beginning. Just
so you know, we all start at the
same place. The beginning is the
start, although it will look and
feel differently to each of us. Plus,
there were no shortcuts. I had to
do the hard work and put in the
time just like I’m fond of reminding
you to do.
Especially back then. I had no real
understanding and certainly had
no real expectations. Just knowing
I had to do this was enough to
propel me forward. I had no real
expectations.
Everything was so unknown and I
looked forward to the experience
with no real thoughts about the
what, why, or any other rationale.
As far as I was concerned, it could
have all been a very good magic
