FOR THE NEW ME IN 2016
I AM Stronger than I think I AM.
I AM doing this because I love myself.

I AM willing to be good to myself so life is easier.

I AM willing to extend a hand and my heart
to my family and friends.

I AM cutting cords so my heart has open space
for positive and affirming relationships.

I AM going to speak up for my ideas and appropriately
express my likes and dislikes.

I AM accepting that my BEST is good enough.

I AM going to fear less and enjoy life more.

I AM going to practice my ABCs everyday Always Be Confident!
