When you say “Yes” to everything,
you can lose sight of what’s really
important and allow yourself to fall
back into old habits you’d relegated to
the garbage heap, as Ego takes control
of your life.

Act with integrity – if you intend
something, don’t go into it halfheartedly. Mindfully and consciously
make the decision and discipline
yourself to act appropriately. Always
make sure your thoughts are mirrored
in your values and actions.

The only person you should be saying
“Yes” to should be the individual who
looks back in the mirror. People know
when they’re not being dealt with
authentically, so maybe it’s time to
step back and perform a self-appraisal.
Life is multi-faceted, filled with
choices and opportunities to go off
