WORK ROUND TABLES AND
RECOMMENDATIONS
The 2014 survey of cluster members resulted in better ways
to target the cluster’s promotional efforts. The project identified
three areas of involvement, which led to the creation of three round
tables. In 2015, their discussions prompted them to make various
recommendations on which Montréal InVivo’s efforts will focus
during 2016:
1. The Intra-Cluster Positioning Round Table suggests creating a mobilization
program for members to better promote Montréal InVivo’s services and
increase contact with them.
2. The Public Affairs and Opinion Round Table recommended that either a
LSHT sector study or a “health check“ be conducted, featuring a specific field
of expertise.
3. The International Promotion Round Table recommends the creation of an
international development structure or office to attract more foreign investment
in research.
