During the Health Innovation Week organized by CHU Sainte-Justine,
80 people and 15 national and international speakers participated in
the Innovation Integration Forum, organized by Montréal InVivo to
promote dialogue between important stakeholders from the business,
economic, health care and research communities. This conference was
an opportunity to explore the future role of purchasing groups in the
strategic sourcing of Quebec’s public health network, including the
integration of diagnostic tests in personalized health care and patient
care field assessments. It also presented a few Canadian and global
examples of “health innovation integration“ best practices, such as
B.C. organization Health Shared Services and Catalan agency AQuAS.
Catalonia’s Chief Innovator, Ramon Maspons, was also present to talk
about them.
