WA’s Godfather of Hiphop, Scott ‘Optamus’ Griffiths is
offering a ground breaking Hiphop workshop at JD Hardie
Youth Zone. The award winning rapper is credited with
being one of the forefathers of Western Australian Hiphop
with his collective Syllabolix (Downsyde, Hunter, Layla,
Drapht , Bitter Belief, Shaker, Mortar etc) and is credited as
the number one music facilitator in the state.
A collection of workshop activities delivered by Optamus:

Create, perform and record your own sound

Make your own music video
•
Learn about perfoming, recording and cinematography
