Wyanoke built a coffered ceiling in the
living and dining rooms (opposite page),
and added crown moldings. Their design
element above the dining room table
accentuates the room’s bay windows.
The chimney has been re-lined so the
fireplace (right), which, along with the
mantle, is original, can be wood-burning.
The open passage on the right leads to
the vestibule, and on the left, to the
family room, (pictured mid-page). A wall
that used to continue on from where the
semi-open panel now stands has been
removed; its current design allows for
greater visibility between the kitchen and
common area.

At almost 10 feet high, the coffered
kitchen ceiling (bottom right) allows for
tall cabinetry that draws the eye upward;
LED lights add brightness. The island is
topped with engineered quartz, and the
perimeter is granite. The kitchen chimney
has been removed to add space.
