OPENING UP TO THE OUTDOORS Opposite page, significant repairs were made to the porch railings, columns, and the roof, which, according to Premiere’s founder, Bill Wojtowicz, was “drooping like a banana.” Using rot- and termite-resistant materials, new construction was custom-made to precisely match the architectural details original to the house. A circular driveway was created and the home’s curb appeal maintained with the addition of a white fence, and graceful landscaping in front of the driveway.
