You can move anywhere and the office is no
exception. If you sit all day and eat snacks, you
will get larger. We want to avoid this at all costs.
Get up and move as much as possible throughout
your workday. You do not need to do a life-altering
workout that leaves you a sweaty mess. Rather,
you can alter your life, your health, and your
happiness with simple workouts.
Sneak away at least once, or maybe even several
times each day to pull, press, extend, or curl with
your monkii bars. The more you move at work, the
better you will feel. You will recover faster from the
previous night’s workout, clear your mind, and
nourish your joints. Finally, if you are having a long
workday, making small escapes throughout the
day will pass the time in a way that builds your
body and your soul.
