STAGE 1 Complete a 7-minute cycle: 7 Rows 7 Knees-to-Chest from Dip-Support I equate the intensity of the workout to a 1-mile sprint. Maybe your best time is under 5 minutes or over 10, but regardless it is an all-out effort and you need to be mentally prepared before you begin moving. You got to really be passionate and try to prepare more than anyone else, and put yourself in a position to succeed, and when the moment comes you got to enjoy, relax, breathe and rely on your preparation… Steve Nash 23
