n America we are becoming more conscious about the things we ingest. Meal prepping is growing in popularity for its ability to check so many lifestyle boxes, such as: time management, budgeting, and dietary health.

Personally when it comes to eating food on a budget I like to look to meal prepping. This can be used to save money if you’re a commuter, instead of buying food to eat at a fast food establishment in Denton or through the campuses’ many fast food establishments in the union.
