Mah Jee Khin received the Pro Vice-Chancellor Award for excellence in professional staff performance at the Malaysia campus.
Kimberly Soh and Sharon Koh were recognised by the School of Business for excellence in teaching innovations.
Eunbi Song was recognised by the School of Business as an emerging researcher.
Akram Hasanov and Rajesh Ramachandran were recognised by the School of Business for excellence in research.
Grace Lee, professor of economics, received the Best Supervisor Award for postgraduate supervision at the School of Business.
Esther Chong, was recognised by the School of Business for excellence in developing impactful industry collaborations.
Faiz Sofea and Annereena Ravichandran, were recognised by the School of Business for professional staff leadership in the rising star and outstanding leader categories.
In recognising collaboration and teamwork between academic and professional staff at the School, Annereena Ravichandran, Ailie Kong, Cheng Su-Ann, Mohan V. Avvari, Goh See Kwong and Manjeevan Singh Seera received the Team Excellence Award.
Launched at the Malaysia campus in November 2024, the Monash Innovation Guarantee( MIG) brought together undergraduate students from diverse disciplines to co-create purpose-driven solutions for real-world challenges.
This three-week intensive program was delivered in collaboration with industry partners including CelcomDigi, Microsoft, Pos Malaysia, Tata Consultancy Services, and CrossFit, offering students a dynamic platform to apply innovation in action.

Monash University Malaysia is playing a pivotal role in reforming Malaysia’ s contract law through its newly established Centre for Commercial Law and Regulatory Studies – Malaysia Hub housed within the School of Business. Spearheaded by Monash University Malaysia in collaboration with the National University of Malaysia( UKM), the CLARS Hub aims to modernise the Contract Act 1950( Act 136) and ensure that Malaysia’ s legal framework evolves to meet the demands of the digital age. |
