The Artists of Bogart Court officially opened their boutique shops with
a ribbon cutting ceremony. Various officials, including Chamber President
Bob Durkin, Scranton Mayor Bill Courtright and the Lackawanna County
Commissioners attended. The shops offer photography, fine art, jewelry,
sculpture, and other artisan work.

@ScrantonChamber and its affiliate, Skills in Scranton, recently
celebrated the grand opening of Keystone College’s 3-D Printing Center.
@ScrantonChamber President Bob Durkin and his wife, Sherry, recently
attended a state dinner hosted by Governor Tom Wolf and his wife,
Frances, at the Governor’s Residence in Harrisburg.
Crunch Scranton hosted Chamber members for “Crunch for Lunch,”
which included a luncheon and the chance to test-drive the facility’s
state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
@ScrantonChamber featured Scranton Mayor William Courtright as he
delivered his second State of the City address.
@ScrantonChamber held its Halloween Card Exchange at Rock Creek
Corporate Center.
MetroAction, the small business development arm of the Greater
Scranton Chamber of Commerce, received a $2,500 contribution
from NBT Bank. These funds will be used to help offset operational
expenses for MetroAction’s small business lending programs.
